अभ्यर्थियों को ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र में ऊर्ध्वाधर एवं क्षैतिज आरक्षण से संबंधित श्रेणी/उपश्रेणी अवश्य अंकित करनी होगी। आरक्षण का दावा न करने की स्थिति में अभ्यर्थी को आरक्षण का लाभ माननीय उच्च न्यायालय, नैनीताल द्वारा रिट याचिका (विशेष अपील) संख्या 79/2010 राधा मित्तल बनाम उत्तराखंड लोक सेवा आयोग में पारित आदेश दिनांक 08.06.2010 तथा माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय द्वारा विशेष अनुमति याचिका (सिविल) संख्या (एस) 19532/2010 में पारित आदेश के अनुसार अनुमन्य नहीं होगा। अभ्यर्थी के पास ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र भरने की अंतिम तिथि तक आरक्षण संबंधी प्रमाण पत्र होना आवश्यक है।

(i) Candidates should visit the Commission’s website psc.uk.gov.in or ukpsc.net.in to view the advertisement properly.
(ii) After viewing the advertisement, go to ukpsc.net.in and click on the How to Apply link in the Menu bar. After viewing the Advertisement Details, Important Dates and Instructions for filling up online application form on the How to Apply page, click on the Apply Now button.
(iii) After clicking on Apply Now, fill in the desired Registration form with your correct information, create a Password for Login and click on Submit. After clicking on Submit, the Basic Information filled in the form will be displayed. Check the filled information again properly.
